I have worked in nonprofit human services my entire career as a practitioner, senior manager and chief executive. My consulting practice focuses on addressing the requirements of senior managers, chief executives and boards in the nonprofit sector. The leadership requirement for each is clear thinking, positive relationships and productive strategic initiatives.

My early background and training as a therapist and my extended experience as a nonprofit senior manager and chief executive have equipped me with the tools to move individuals and organizations forward.

My consulting practice is characterized by deep listening, candid feedback, fresh perspective, a proactive orientation and action planning. I facilitate conversations that build consensus and yield decisions.
